Loch Leven’s Larder is an award-winning family-run farm, 120 seater restaurant, food larder, deli, bakery and retail business. Our relaxed, friendly café with large picture windows looking onto stunning views of the open countryside and Loch Leven , provides a perfect environment to savour our award-winning food.
With a hands-on, a ‘can do’ attitude and great communication skills, you will be self-motivated, have a flexible attitude to working and able to demonstrate an outstanding commitment to customer service.
Our ideal candidate will be interested in developing our existing café and new take-away offering and will work collaboratively with our Catering Manager and management team. You will also be involved in training, developing and supporting our café staff.
Café responsibilities will include supervision of staff including food hygiene, health and safety; opening & closing; food and drink preparation and serving our customers.
You will have 5 years’ experience working in food and/or hospitality, have a genuine passion for the industry and will relish going the extra mile to help.
