Channel Farm

Channel Farm's high-rainfall, south-facing aspect, and cool summer temperatures at 400 feet above sea-level, makes the perfect conditions for vegetable farming.

We grow leeks, sweetheart cabbage, savoy, carrots, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, kohlrabi, cauliflowers, beetroot, curly kale, courgettes, cavolo nero, hispi cabbage, romanesco, pumpkins, parsnips, turnips, oats and wheat. We are proud of our farming techniques, the flavourful vegetables that we produce, and our honest approach to food production, opening up our fields to the public who walk alongside our crops as they travel along the Loch Leven Heritage Trail.
